I hope all is well in hot and humid Chicago, trust we are experiencing quite the same here in good ole' Virginia.  I would like to express my gratitude for the miracles you performed, but the only words that come to mind are something along the lines of how much of a stud you are.  Thanks to your support; Air Combat Command was able to have the finest Multimedia conference ever. 

My goal was to gather this notoriously neglected group, treat them like the professionals they are and let them know how much their dedication in the past, present and future means to the Air Force.

The multimedia documentation of America's military operations and involvement in the Global War on Terrorism is paramount to the public's understanding of this engagement.  It is a way of highlighting lessons learned right or wrong.

 With all of this military speak said and done, Michelle, it was a blast! The planning, entertainment, food, and atmosphere were second to none.  Calls from various team members from around the country have repeatedly resounded the same message, "I've never had a better time and been treated so well ... the operation was a success."

This is all due to you and Mira making the dream a reality.  Michelle you are a very warm person, you obviously know your job very intimately and thoroughly enjoy what you do and it shows. You enlisted the help of a true professional, (Mira) and in your absence she continued to delight and amaze us.

 I feel as though I am taking more away from this conference than I bargained for.  Your professionalism and dedication are examples I will put in my toolkit and carry with me, please know you have a big fan and supporter in VA.

I wanted to send you a quick note to say thanks for your efforts at CDW with Avocent in Q1/Q2 of 2008.  As we originally discussed when we sat down back in January, I wanted to build Avocent’s brand at CDW early in Q1 & Q2  hoping to see growth in Q3 & Q4.  

With the help of you and your team working  on our café days & other marketing efforts during the “Avocent Hero” campaign, we achieved that success.  Not only did we grow our market share in the KVM space, but for the first time, Avocent is the market leader at CDW in both revenue and units sold for KVM.  In addition, we were the third largest revenue producer in the Netcom space.  

Again, thanks to you and your team for a very successful Q3, and we are positive we will see the same results in Q4.  
We are looking forward to working with you again in 2009.
